The insurance coverage limit is calculated based on the current commercial value of your car and it is necessary, in case the insurance program that you choose , includes the following coverages:

  • Fire (minimum limit for coverage €2.000)
  • Natural perils (minimum limit for coverage €2.000)
  • Terrorist acts (minimum limit for coverage €2.000)
  • Total & Partial Thefts (minimum limit for coverage €2.000)
  • Vehicle own damages (minimum limit for coverage €5.000)
  • Malicious acts (minimum limit for coverage €5.000)
Maximum limit for coverage for passenger vehicles is €50.000. You can see the proposed coverage limit for your car during the online offer here
 

After your insurance purchase is completed, you will receive an email that will include your insurance policy, the Green Card as well as all the necessary documents regarding your insurance ( Terms and Conditions etc.) that you can also find here as well.  
The premium payment receipt will be available in the myAccount customer portal.

After you send us your request to get insured with our Relax Program, we will contact you in order to make a distance pre insurance check on your car. Your car is going to be photographed by using an online platform or by a company’s representative. 
During the photo session or inspection your car has to be in a good condition and all the data that you have declared in your application to be valid. 
    
If the company agrees that the above conditions are met, then the coverage for vehicle own damage is approved and you will be informed via an email in order to pay the insurance premium, activate your insurance and receive your insurance policy for your car. 

If the above conditions are not met, the coverage for vehicle own damage will not be approved and you will be informed via email, in order to select one of our other available insurance programs, if you wish. 
 

The insurance coverage of your vehicle is valid from the start date and time stated on your insurance policy.

  • In a vehicle repair shop of your choice either near the insurance contract declared as permanent residence, or at the starting point or at your initial destination within Greece.
